摘要
分析了中国探矿权管理政策现状及影响中国探矿权管理政策的因素,提出了中国探矿权管理政策的优化措施,从而为中国探矿权管理部门提供一些治理依据。
This paper analyzed the present situation of Chinese exploration management policy and the influencing factors of the exploration right management policy, and put forward optimization measures of China＇s exploration management policy, which provide a basis for some governance of exploration management department in China.
