为综合利用煤炭采选过程产生的低热值煤资源,国家及各煤炭大省均出台了一系列政策措施,鼓励和支持低热值煤发电项目的建设。从产业政策及相关规划符合性、煤源保证性、供热工程、总量控制及区域污染物削减等方面,分析了山西省低热值煤发电项目环评工作的特点。

For comprehensive utilization of low calorific value coal resources generated during coal mining, national and coalrich province have introduced a series of policies and measures to encourage and support the construction of low calorific value coal power project. From the industrial policy and relevant planning compliance, coal source assurance, heating engineering, total control and reduction of regional pollutants, the characteristics of low calorific value coal power project EIA in Shanxi were analyzed.
