摘要
Nowadays, the aging problems is becoming more and more worse, House-for-Pension has become an important way to ease the population aging problem. This article writes some typical pilot cities of our country to analysis the reason why the development of House-for-Pension patter is so slow in China, and put forward some reasonable countermeasures and suggestions which based on China＇ s national conditions.
