肝硬化患者应用阿德福韦酯治疗导致低磷性软骨病1例

摘要
慢性乙型肝炎（chronic hepatitis B，CHB）是全球性公共卫生问题[1,2]，若不及时的抗病毒治疗可进展成肝硬化，甚至肝癌。为了减缓疾病的进展，抗病毒治疗是关键。阿德福韦酯以其相对低廉的价格和低耐药率在我国抗病毒药物的市场中占有重要的地位。我们报道1例肝硬化的患者在服用阿德福韦酯治疗导致低磷性骨病。
