文章研发了一种对辊破碎机,主要用于矿石破碎,包括辊筒支架、主动辊筒和从动辊筒,其特点在于主动轴的第一轴承座与从动轴第二轴承座之间设置有挡料板,其优点在于该对辊破碎机可防止物料在工作时进入到导轨平面,使得导轨平面易于清理,这样不仅可以延长破碎机的使用寿命而且大大提高了工作效率。

This paper developed a roll crusher which including the roller bracket, driving roller and the driven roller. The roll crusher is mainly used for ore crushing. It＇s feature is the baffle plate which set up between the first bearing seat of the driving shaft and the second bearing seat of the driven shaft. Its advantage is to prevent the material into the guide plane and make the face of the guide plane easily be clean .It can prolong the service life of crusher and greatly improve the working efficiency.
