芬兰幼儿教育对我国幼儿教育改革的启示 被引量:1

摘要 芬兰幼儿教育是全球幼儿教育发展最完备的国家之一,当前我国幼儿教育正处于改革时期,借鉴国外先进的理念是我国幼儿教育走上成功的必经之路。芬兰幼儿教育有其独有的特点:完善的幼儿福利政策、多样化的幼儿教育机构、专业化的幼儿教师队伍、人性化的幼儿教育理念、充足的社会资源。基于我国国情,芬兰幼儿教育对我国幼儿教育改革的启示:完善政府幼儿教育职能、鼓励多种形式办学、多方面提高师资水平、坚持实现全纳幼儿教育、充分利用家长资源。 Finnish early childhood education is one of the world's most comprehensive early childhood development, early childhood education is in our country during the reform period, learn from foreign advanced concept of early childhood education is on the successful pass. Finnish early childhood education has its unique characteristics: improving early childhood welfare policy, diversification of early childhood education, preschool teachers and professional, humane concept of early childhood education, adequate social resources. Inspiration from our country, for our Finnish early childhood education early childhood education reform: improving early childhood education ftmctions of government, to encourage various forms of education, many ways to improve the quality of teachers, insist on realizing inclusive preschool education, full use of parental resources.
