Research on the counter-terrorism capability construction of college security team

高校保安队伍是高校安保工作的直接执行者和核心主体,近年来恐怖主义有向高校蔓延的趋势,加强高校保安队伍反恐能力建设显得尤为重要。文章指出高校保安队伍反恐能力建设的必要性,从管理体制、反恐装备、人员配备、专业培训四个方面分析了当前高校保安队伍反恐能力建设存在的不足,进而提出针对性的措施。

The security team is the direct executor and the core subject of college security work. In recent years, there is a tendency of the spread of terrorism to college. It is particularly important to strengthen the counter-terrorism capacity construction of college security team. This paper points out the necessity of counter-terrorism capacity construction of college security team, and analyzes the present shortcomings of counter-terrorism capability construction of college security team from four aspects： management system, anti-terrorism equipment, staffing and training. It finally puts forward the corresponding measures.
