档案利用服务是档案工作的立身之本,把"死档案"变成"活资料"、把"档案库"变成"思想库",才能实现档案价值,档案工作才能发挥其存在意义。文章阐述了档案"思想库"概念,分析了当前档案馆从"档案库"变成"思想库"的现实条件以及不足,并提出自己的一些对策建议。
