摘要
以大学“化学综合实验”课程为研究对象,提出了基于双思维循环的“四疑四探”式教学法,讨论了该教学模式在大学化学实验教学过程中的实践与创新,举例说明了该教学法在化学综合实验“以a-胰凝乳蛋白酶为催化剂在有机溶剂中合成N-保护的亮一脑啡肽三肽片段”教学中的应用。
We proposed a novel teaching method of quadruple suspecting quadruple revisiting based on double loop thinking in university comprehensive chemistry experiment course. The practice and innovation using this teaching method on the course was deeply discussed. In addition, we demonstrated the application of the teaching method on a detailed comprehensive chemistry experiment, which is a-chymotrypsin catalyzed synthesis of N-protected leu-enkephalin tripeptide fragment in organic solvent.
