摘要 测定了亳州5个亳菊种植区土壤和亳菊根、茎、叶、花中重金属Cd、Pb和Cu的含量,并分析了亳菊-土壤重金属含量的相关性和亳菊对重金属Cd、Pb和Cu的吸收能力及其在亳菊中的分布特征。结果表明:亳菊的根部重金属含量严重超标,亳菊的叶、茎、花中重金属含量基本达到绿色标准,但叶片中重金属含量偏高;亳菊对重金属的富集和转运能力为Cd>Cu>Pb,亳菊中Cd的分布特征为根≥叶>茎>花,Pb和Cu的分布特征为根>叶>茎>花;亳菊中重金属的含量与土壤重金属水平显著相关,因此要加强亳州药材产区土壤重金属的监测和治理,从源头上保证中药材的质量。 Several heavy metals (Cd, Pb and Cu) in the soil of five main Boju-growing areas and the corresponding contents in the roots, stems, leaves and flowers of Boju were determined. The correlation among the concentration of heavy metals in soil, absorbency of heavy metals (Cd, Pb and Cu) and the distribution characteristics of heavy metals (Cd, Pb and Cu) in different parts of Boju was studied. The re-sult showed that the concentrations of heavy metals in roots of Boju seriously exceed the allowed limit, while the concentrations in stems, leaves and flowers could basically reach the green standard, but the concentrations of heavy metals in leaves were rather high on the side. The accumulation and translation ability of heavy metals in Boju was Cd〉Cu〉Pb, and the distribution characteristic of Cd is root≥leaf〉stem〉flower, while the distribution characteristic of Pb and Cu was both root〉leaf〉stem〉flower. The heavy metals concentration in Boju was significantly correlated with the concentration of heavy metals in soil, so the monitor and repairment of heavy metals in major herbal medicine-growing areas of Bozhou must be strengthened to ensure the quality of herbal medicine at source.
