大冶有色冶炼厂制酸尾气深度脱硫的实践 被引量:2

摘要 大冶有色冶炼厂2套烟气制酸装置的尾气脱硫系统最初采用活性炭吸附法,后因难以适应入口SO2浓度高、波动大,又建成1套钠碱法脱硫装置。介绍了选择钠碱法脱硫工艺的原因、工艺流程、设备配置、生产运行情况及存在的问题。自深度脱硫钠碱法系统开车以来,系统运行较稳定,尾气排放质量浓度低至50 mg/m3。 A set of desulphurization unit by natrium-alkali method was built up due to high inlet S02 concentration and great fluctuation of tail gas desulphurization units by active carbon in two sets of sulphuric acid plant based on smelter off-gas in Daye Nonferrous Metal Co., Ltd.. The desulphurization technology,equipment configuration, operation and existing problems are introduced. Since operation of the system by natrium-alkali further desulphurization, the plant ran stably and the SO2 concentration in tail gas was reduced to 50 mg/m3.
