摘要 介绍磷石膏制硫酸联产水泥生料粉磨工艺现状与流程,分析其存在的问题。重点阐述磷石膏制硫酸联产水泥生料集成粉磨新工艺的特点与优势。该工艺具有在线烘干效率高、生料均化效果好、磷石膏预处理改性、粉磨工艺能耗低等技术优势,可处理高水分的物料,处理量大、产量高。 Status and process flow of raw material grinding technology of co-production of sulphuric acid and cement with phosphogypsum are introduced and problems are analyzed. Characteristics and advantages of raw material integration grinding technology are described in detail. The technology possesses high online drying efficiency, perfect effect of raw material homogenizing, pretreatment modification of phosphogypsum, low energy consumption of grinding technology, having capacity of treating material with high water, and having advantages of large throughput and output.
