摘要
利用文献分析、内容分析的方法,对国内外团队学习、虚拟学习团队的影响因子的研究进行总结。得到虚拟学习团队发展的影响因子,包括能力范畴(领导能力、合作能力、技术能力、沟通能力),情感态度范畴(冲突、信任、依赖、反思),知识范畴(前认知、知识共建);这些因子对虚拟学习团队发展产生影响。基于群体动力理论,对影响因素进行分析,构建了虚拟学习团队发展的动力因素图,以期为团队学习的研究提供理论参考。
By using literature analysis method and content analysis method,we summarized research at home and abroad on team learning and influencing factors of virtual learning team.We concluded the factors influencing the development of virtual learning teams,including capacity category (leadership ability,cooperation capacity,technical capability,and communication ability),emotion and attitude category (conflict,trust,dependence,and reflection),and knowledge category (precognitive and knowledge construction).These factors affect the development of virtual learning teams.Based on group dynamic theory,the paper analyzes these factors and constructs the dynamic factors map of virtual learning team development to provide theoretical reference for team learning research.
