摘要
针对传统口腔见习模式存在的问题,研发了"口腔临床摄像示教系统"。该系统将多媒体手术示教系统与口腔医学专业特色相结合,把高清摄像机及微型录音器高度集成于医院牙科综合治疗台的LED灯中,从最佳角度采集口腔临床诊疗操作的音视频,并借助多媒体录播平台及网络传输技术,实现远程直播、互动教学、资料录制、网络教学、诊疗记录、远程会诊、技能考核、学术交流等功能。实践表明,该系统具有良好应用和推广效果。
Zhaoqing Medical College designed the first stomatological clinical demonstration system in China to solve the problems in traditional stomatological practice pattern.This system combines the multimedia surgery demonstration system and the characteristics of oral medicine by integrating HD video camera and micro-recorder into the LED lamp of dental unit.In this way,the audio and video of oral clinical diagnosis and treatment can be obtained from the best angle.With the help of multimedia recording and broadcasting platform and network transmission technology,such functions as remote live broadcast,interactive teaching, data recording, network-based teaching, medical records, remote consultation,skills assessment,and academic exchanges can be realized.This system can be widely applied and popularized in stomatological clinical teaching and treatment.
