医技护合作培训模式在放射科对比剂不良反应抢救中的应用

Application of medical and nursing cooperation training model in the rescue of adverse reactions to X-ray contrast medium

目的探讨医技护合作培训模式在放射科对比剂不良反应抢救中的应用,以提高放射科工作人员的抢救能力及应急能力。方法组织放射科医生、技术员及护理人员共同培训,培训分为以下步骤:1学习对比剂不良反应的相关理论知识;2学习急救技能及急救设备的使用方法;3讨论并确定对比剂不良反应的抢救流程;4医技护分组模拟演练对比剂不良反应的抢救过程。培训前后分别对科室人员进行急救理论知识和操作技能的考核,并采用问卷调查检验培训效果。结果通过医技护合作培训,使团队成员熟练掌握了急救知识和技能,对患者在检查中出现的不适能快速的给予正确的处理,同时,团队成员之间职责清晰,分工明确,使抢救时间明显缩短,提高了抢救成功率。受训人员均认为培训效果良好。结论医技护合作培训模式增强了放射科团队的凝聚力,提高了放射科对比剂不良反应的抢救能力,值得在放射科推广。

Objective To explore the application of medical and nursing cooperation training model （to train doctors, technicians, nurses collectively） in the rescue of adverse reactions to X-ray contrast medium, in order to im- prove the rescue ability and emergency ability of Department of Radiology. Methods The doctors, technicians and nurses from Department of Radiology were trained collectively. The training included： （1） to study the theoretical knowledge of adverse reactions to X-ray contrast medium; （2） to learn first aid skills and usage of fwst aid equipment; （3） to discuss and determine the rescue process of the adverse reactions; （4） to exercise the rescue process by medical group, The trainees were appraised for theoretical knowledge and practical skills before and after the training, and the training effect was inspected by questionnaires. Results Through the training, the trainees mastered first aid knowl- edge and practical skills, and quickly perform correct measures to handle patients＇ discomforts during inspection. Be- sides, the training made a clear division of responsibilities, shortened the rescue time, and improved the success rate of rescue. The trainees were all agreed on a good training effect. Conclusion The medical and nursing cooperation training model helps increase the team cohesion of of Department of Radiology, improve the rescue ability of adverse reactions to X-ray contrast team cohesion, which is worth popularizing.
