摘要
通过分析国内外期刊发展的实践,我们总结出品牌化、规模化、多元化、国际化等是期刊集团的基本特征。在期刊集团化发展过程中,品牌化是核心竞争力所在,规模化是资本运营的必然要求,多元化是产业化发展的必经之路,国际化是经济全球化背景下发展的必然结果。通过集团化发展,创建有国际影响力和竞争力的期刊品牌,将中国期刊产业做大做强,是我国期刊体制改革的着眼点和立足点。
Based on the analysis of development practice of worldwide journals,the primary features of the journal groups are summarized as branding,large-scale,diversification and internationalization.During the collectivization development period,branding is the core competitiveness,large-scale is essential to capital management,diversification is a necessity to industrialization development as well,while internationalization is the inevitable result of economic globalization.To create a brand with international influence and competitive advantage via collectivization development is the base of journal structural reform in China.
