摘要
"体面劳动"的理念已经为世界各国所接受,并成为联合国系统推动的千年发展目标之一。与大中企业相比,我国小微企业劳动者还存在着大量的体面劳动赤字,保障小微企业劳动者实现体面劳动是我国劳动法制的紧迫任务和时代使命。应根据小微企业自身的特点对小微企业劳动关系作出特别的制度安排,这样才能既促进小微企业健康发展又能保障小微企业员工体面劳动的实现。
The concept of"decent work"has been accepted all over the world,and it is also one of the Millennium Development Goals of united union.Compared with working in the large and medium-sized enterprises,the workers in China's micro and small enterprises have a large number of deficit in decent work.It is the urgent task and mission of present times in labor laws to safeguard the workers in the small and micro enterprises to achieve the decent work,we should make special arrangements according to small micro enterprises' own characteristics so that we can not only develop the micro and small enterprises well,but also ensure the workers in the micro and small enterprises to get decent work.
