区域技术创新能力对环境绩效影响的实证研究——基于SEM-PLS和DEA相结合

本研究基于2008-2012年全国30个省级行政单位的相关数据,运用SEM-PLS和DEA模型,对区域技术创新能力对环境绩效影响进行了实证研究。所得结论为：（1）区域技术创新能力对环境绩效具有正影响;（2）由SEM-PLS模型方程组计算得出,各区域环境绩效水平存在较大差距;（3）从DEA分析结果来看,不同区域技术创新对环境绩效的影响程度不同,表现为区域技术创新能力对环境绩效影响效率递减规律的特点。最后基于上述结论,给出了相应的对策建议。

This paper studies the impact of regional technological innovation capability on environmental performance based on 30 provincial administrative traits from 2008 to 2012 with SEM- PLS and DEA models. Firstly, the authors conclude that regional technological innovation capability has a positive impact on the environmental performance; secondly, there is a big gap among the levels of different regional environmental performance calculated by the SEM- PLS model equations; thirdly, the degree of influence on the environmental performance of technology innovation capability in different regions are different, which manifests as regional technology innovation capability influences on efficiency of environmental performance tends to decline according to the DEA analysis results; at last, we give some
