基于价值链视角对技术创新效率两阶段分析——以节能环保上市公司为例

A Two-stage Value Chain Analysis on the Technological Innovation Efficiency——A Case Study in Energy-saving Listed Companies

随着我国战略性新兴产业相关规划的实施,节能环保行业越来越受到人们的关注。从价值链角度对技术创新效率进行理论分析,得出了技术创新价值链模型,随后采用数据包络分析法和曼奎斯特指数法分别测度了技术创新静态效率和动态效率,并对两个阶段的技术创新效率进行了比较分析。分析得出:我国节能环保上市公司两个阶段技术创新效率均不高,技术成果转化效率要高于技术成果生产效率。

With the implementation of China＇s strategic emerging industries, environmental protection industry has caused people＇s attention increasingly. In this papers, we take theoretical analysis on the technological innovation efficiency from the perspective of the value chain, and obtain the technological innovation value chain model. Then, we use the data envelopment analysis and Mahnquist index to measure both static efficiency and dynamic efficiency of technological innovations, and conduct comparative analysis on the two stages of technology innovation efficiency. Analysis shows that the two stages of technological innovation efficiency of China＇s energy saving and environmental protected listed companies is not high. Also, the technology achievements transformation efficiency is higher than the technological achievements productivity efficiency.
