欧洲职业足球发展模式研究

Research on European Model of Professional Football

欧洲职业足球的金字塔组织管理模式,财政收入多元化和财政团结的模式,各利益主体协同治理的争端解决模式,维护体育公平、公正的规制和维护竞争均衡的商业模式及其开放式结构等各组成要素各司其职且相辅相成,是欧洲在足球成绩和足球经济上取得成功的重要原因。欧洲职业足球发展模式给我国职业足球的启示在于:(1)遵守职业体育的经济规则;(2)要遵守职业体育的竞技游戏规则。

The European professional football model contains the pyramid organization management model, the diversified fiscal revenue model, the financial solidarity model, the model of all the stakeholders collaboratively deal with dispute, the model of maintenance of sports fair and justice, the business model of maintenance of competitive balance and the open competition model, and all the models work properly and complement each other, that’s why European football can get a good achievements both on the football competition and the football economic. There are two revelations our country’s professional football can get from the European professional football model, the first one is abiding the economical rules of professional sports, the second one is abiding the competitive rules of professional sports.
