对激流回旋队员不同训练阶段身体机能的监控和研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过在皮划艇激流回旋运动项目的高、中、恢复强度的不同训练阶段,对四川皮划艇激流回旋队8名运动员进行身体机能监控和研究,选取心率(HR)、血红蛋白(HB)、血尿素氮(BUN)和血清肌酸激酶(CK)生理生化指标进行统计、分析。结果表明:队员心脏恢复率(30s)在4-6之间,HB:男:152.30±0.83,女:137.63±0.25,BUN:男:5.90±0.16,女:6.06±0.36,CK:男:370.94±17.5,女:179.75±9.07,总体在正常范围内,说明整个冬训的训练计划、医务保障、营养补充是科学有效的。通过科学监控,适时调整不同队员的训练计划,及时进行营养补充,及时恢复体能,适应训练负荷,完成训练计划,达到提高训练水平的目的。 Canoe sports through high, medium and restore strength training at different stages of Sichuan Canoe Slalom Team 8 athletes body function monitoring and research, select heart rate (HR), hemoglobin(HB), blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and serum creative kinas’(CK) physiological and biochemical indexes were analyzed statistically. The results show that: the team of cardiac recovery rate(30s) between4-6, HB: M 152.30 ± 0.83, female: 137.63 ± 0.25, BUN: M 5.90 ±0.16, female: 6.06 ± 0.36, CK: Male: 370.94 ± 17. 5 females: 179.75 ± 9.07, overall in the normal range, indicating that the entire winter training programs, medical support, and nutritional supplements are scientifically valid. Through scientific monitoring, adjust the different players training program, nutritional supplement, players can recover in time to meet the training load, the completion of the training program, to improve the level of training purposes.
