通过自身十几年的棒球教学经验,并从各类体育文献上查看相关资料,总结出如何培养初学棒球者的学习兴趣要点,主要包括初学者心理素质的培养、基本训练兴趣的培养、身体素质兴趣的培养、培养师生关系增加学习兴趣的、规则渗透训练培养、以大带小训练培养、全方位训练培养七个方面进行介绍,希望能为棒球教练员在如何培养初学棒球者的学习兴趣上提供一定参考。

Through my own teaching experience in baseball over ten years, and consulting the related materials about all kinds of sports literature. Generally speaking, there are seven key points of how to develop the beginners’ learning interest of baseball, mainly including improving beginners’ psychological quality, improving the interest in basic training, improving the interest in physical quality, cultivating the relationship between teachers and students to increase the learning interest, the training with Rules of the penetration, with big with small training, comprehensive training. I look forward to providing references for baseball coaches on how to develop the beginners’ learning interest of baseball.
