摘要
采用问卷调查法、测试法、数理统计法等方法,以身体活动量、BMI为主要切入点,对山西省1 012名大学生的睡眠品质进行研究,旨在了解大学生睡眠品质现状及其影响因素,试寻求有利于睡眠的身体活动量及BMI水平,为指导运动健身及睡眠紊乱患者的运动康复提供一定参考依据。结果显示:8.1%的大学生存在睡眠问题;大学生的睡眠品质无年龄差异,而存在性别差异,男生的睡眠品质优于女生;与BMI正常者相比,胖或瘦都会降低睡眠品质,其中肥胖对睡眠品质的负面影响更为明显;身体活动充足者表现出更好的睡眠品质。
The paper use the methods of questionnaire survey, test method, mathematical statistics to analyses the data of physical activity, BMI and sleep quality of 1012 college students of Shanxi province, aim to explore the status and influencing factors of college students’ sleep quality. The results show that 8.1% college students have sleep problems. There is no significant differences of different age on the sleep quality, but different gender significantly influence sleep quality, the result shows boys’ is better than the girls’. Both thin and fat can lower the quality of sleep, in which the negative impact of obesity on sleep quality is more obvious. Sufficient physical activity brings better sleep quality.
