摘要
为了满足顶板灾害监测系统中实时扑捉P-t曲线进行灾害预警的要求,对压力监测传感器的要求进行分析并选型;提出了与设定阈值比较后记录的定值方式获得有效数据的智能化采样模式,避免大量数据的资源浪费;采用固定时间记录数据的定值方式解决了数据突变容易丢失的问题。现场应用表明,此种智能化采样的顶板灾害压力监测系统能够对灾害进行预警,对顶板安全管理起到指导作用。
In order to meet the requirement of real-time catching P-t curve in roof disaster monitoring system for disaster alert, rational pressure sensor was analyzed and selected.Intelligent sampling mode was put forward to obtain effective data and avoid resource waste of amounts of data by comparing setting threshold value.At the same time, recording data at fix moment was applied to solving the data lose problem from data mutation.Application showed that this intelligent sampling mode could make alert for roof disaster and instruct roof control.
