Hold Class Atmosphere, Improve Learning Rate

随着职业教育的飞速发展,高职高专院校的班级容量也不断增大,学生自身差异也很大,极大地影响了教学质量,从而导致学生对知识点的认识模糊、掌握不牢固。怎样才能端正学生的学习态度,稳定课堂纪律,提高教学质量呢?这是每一名教师都应该思考的问题。结合笔者实际教学经验,给出一些课堂的调控方法和建议,以期抛砖引玉。

With the rapid development of vocational education, vocational colleges increase enrollment, the class capacity is also increasing, the students themselves also have great difference with others, which greatly affects the quality of teaching, and leads to that student can＇t catch the important knowledge. How can we correct students＇ learning attitude, stabilize classroom discipline, improve teaching quality？ Every teacher should be thinking deeply about it. Mainly combined with practical teaching experience, the author shares some classroom control method and the suggestion in this paper, hoping to make improvement.
