Study on Combination Strategy of Higher Vocational Education Culture and Enterprise Culture

高职教育是一种与经济发展联系最为紧密的教育,高职院校要把提高学生的职业技能与培养学生的职业精神高度融合,积极探索将优秀企业文化融合并贯穿到学校教育教学与管理服务各项工作的全过程,培养敬业守信、精益求精、勤勉尽责等职业精神,建设常态化、长效化的职业精神培育策略与机制。

Higher vocational education has been in close contact with economic development. Higher vocational college should emphasize at the high fusion of improving students＇ professional skills and cultivating professionalism, and actively explore that excellent enterprise culture runs through all the process of the educational teaching and management all the time, for training professionalism, such as trustworthiness, excellence, industrious and responsible. This paper constructs constant and effective cultivation strategy and mechanism of professionalism.
