国外“产学研”教育模式的新进展及启示

New Development and Enlightenment of University-Industry Research Collaborations Model

"产学研"模式是高等教育实施素质教育的必然选择,也是提高人才培养质量的有效方法,更是学校与企业的双赢机制。"产学研"在国外出现了新的情况,就是政府通过法律的手段保护大学的出版权利和知识产权等。本文对"产学研"结合教育模式的内涵、实施必要性、国外实施情况进行了分析,提出了有利于推广"产学研"结合教育模式的几点建议。

The model of university-industry research collaborations is the inevitable choice of higher education to implement quality education and it is an effective method for the quality education of students for improving the personal quality and the win-win mechanism of school and enterprise. In the world,the model of university-industry research collaborations appears new conditions.The governments ensure the benefits of the university by law such as publication fights,intellectual property fights,confidentiality provisions and indemnification of the university and its faculty and staff. This paper analyses the connotation, necessity and foreign implementation of this education mode and puts forward several proposals on the promotion of this education model.
