Briquette technology as one of the clean coal technology in the field of coal processing has remarkable economic benefit and environmental protection benefit, it has been vigorously promoted in Chinese synthetic ammonia industry in recent 30 years .This paper discusses the significance of industrial briquette gasification technology, introduces the method of briquette gasification, and the difference between the briquette and lump coal gasification process conditions are discussed.
