公安院校成教学员管理干部队伍是新形势下顺应公安事业发展要求出现的成教学员管理团队。其工作性质较之其他普通高校辅导员具有普遍性与特殊性相统一的特点,既要负责学员的思想政治教育和日常管理,又要强调警察职责教育及日常警务化管理。基于本身工作性质,公安院校成教学员管理干部需在有资格管、有办法管、有胆量管等方面下手,争取通过科学而有创造性的工作不断完善自身建设,为公安机关永葆赤诚、成教工作有序推进、成教系统发展完善做出积极贡献。

Adult education management cadres in public security colleges followed the requirements of the development of pubhc security.
