辽宁公安队伍正规化建设初探——以S市T区为试点

辽宁省公安部门紧密结合本省的公安执法实际情况,以深入推进公安机关执法规范化建设为着力抓手和突破重点,大力开展执法主体建设和规范,从实处强化执法保障工作,保障性构建执法管理体系,使辽宁公安队伍正规化建设实现了长足发展,并且开始着手长远规划,加强监督管理、执法公开、示范引领等方面的工作。辽宁公安队伍在探索过程中,逐渐摸索出一套切实合理,符合地区实际发展状况,适应经济社会发展阶段的正规化建设经验。

Liaoning Provincial public security department closely connected with the actual situation of the province＇s public security law enforcement, taking the starting point and breakthrough of further promoting standardization of law enforcement efforts of public security organs, vigorously carried out the construction and standardization of law enforcement, strengthened the ensuring work of law enforcement from the real point, protectively built mangement system of law enforcement, so that the standardization construction of Liaoning public security force achieved rapid development, started a long-term planning, and strengthened supervision and management, public law enforcement and demonstration leading. Liaoning public security force gradually worked out practical and reasonable experience of standardization construction suitable for the realistic development of the region and adaptable to the social economic development in the exploration process.
