Marine Social Interaction and Its Main Forms

人类的互动组成了社会世界,人的大多数行动都是社会互动。社会互动当中有一些行为惯习,从而构成社会互动的基本类型。海洋社会由于具有不同于大陆社会的典型特征,因而海洋社会互动既与一般社会互动类型有所交叉,同时具有其独特的类型。综合分析,海洋社会存在海洋竞争与合作、海洋掠夺与交换、海洋控制与反制等基本社会互动类型。随着"海洋强国"建设进程的推进,我国与世界众多国家的海洋社会互动将日趋频繁和复杂。剖析海洋社会互动类型,有助于理解基于海洋的各种国家关系,寻求富有建设性的"海洋强国"与"21世纪海上丝绸之路"的建设之路、发展之路。

Human interaction constitutes human society. Most forms of people＇s action can be thought as social interaction. Social interaction has some behaviors and habits, which constitute the basic types of social interaction. Marine society is different from land society. One the one hand, there is overlap be- tween marine society and normal social interaction; on the other, marine society has its unique type. Through comprehensive analysis, there are three main forms of marine social interaction： competition and cooperation, plunder and exchange, control and counter control. To build China into a maritime power, the marine social interactions between China and other countries in the world will be more frequent and complex. The analysis of marine social interaction types will help to understand ocean-based relationship between different countries, and seek the way to construct the ＂maritime power＂ and ＂21st Century Mari- time Silk Road＂.
