建构与脱嵌——中国海洋社会学10年发展评析

Construction and Divorce:A Review of the Development of Chinese Ocean Sociology in the Past Ten Years

海洋社会学成为社会学的一个分支学科已有十年的历史。学科性理论建构和实践性经验研究是中国海洋社会学界在这十年中做的最重要的两件事。已有的研究成果表明理论建构在基础概念的内涵阐释和学科建设的体系架构上取得了巨大的成就,而经验研究在战略构想、海洋管理、环境治理、群体分化、渔民生活等方面展现了其特有的实践价值。尽管理论建构和经验研究之间存在着相互脱嵌的问题,但学科意识的觉醒和海洋大开发的浪潮都预示着这是一个海洋社会学发展的盛世。

As a branch of sociology, Chinese ocean sociology has been developing for ten years. In the decade, Chinese ocean sociology academia did two important things： disciplinary theoretic construction and practical empirical research. The existing results show that the theoretical construction has achieved a lot in explaining the connotations of basic concepts and building the system of disciplinary construction, and that the empirical research has its unique practical value in strategic conception, ocean management, envi- ronmental governance, population differentiation and fishermen＇s life. Despite the mutual divorce between theoretical construction and empirical research, the awakening of disciplinary awareness and the wave of o- cean development both indicate that this century is the flourishing era of ocean sociology.
