摘要
学习过程评价,作为高等学校教育、教学、管理工作的重要组成部分,对大学生的学习过程起着诊断、反馈、改进、激励及强化等功能。本文从学习过程的个性化、自主性、创造性及投入度等四个维度对学习过程进行评价。学习过程的个性化的二级指标包括学习目标的个性化、学习内容的个性化、学习分析的个性化及学习耦合度。学习过程的自主性包含三个二级指标:自主性学习设计、自我监控、自我反思与管理。学习过程的创造性包含四个二级指标:学习路径的广阔性、学习方式的新颖性、学习思维的独立性及学习创新力的灵活性。学习过程的投入度包含三个二级指标:学习动力、学习时间的投入及学习努力度。通过分析大学生学习过程评价指标体系的构成要素,实施多元化评价理念,以自我评价和他人评价(包括同伴互评、教师评价、专家评价、家长评价四项内容)相结合,多位一体,对于推动教育教学改革、提升人才培养质量,有着极其重要的战略意义。
Learning process evaluation,as an important part of colleges and universities of education,teaching and management,functions as diagnosis,feedback,improvement,motivation,strengthening,and so on in the process of undergraduate learning.This paper evaluates the learning process from four dimensions including individuality,autonomy,creativity and investment.The second-level of individuality includes 4 indicators:individuality of learning objective,content,analysis and coupling.Autonomy includes 3 second-level indicator:autonomy of learning design,selfsupervision and control,self-reflection and management.Creativity includes 4 second-level indicator:breadth of learning route,novelty of learning style,independence of learning thinking,and flexibility of learning creativity.Investment includes 3 second-level indicator:motivation,time,and commitment.The paper analyzes the components of the college students' learning process evaluation indicators system,implements the idea of diversity in evaluation,and combines self-assessment with assessment by others(including peer evaluation,teacher evaluation,expert evaluation and parent evaluation).All these are strategically significant in promoting the education teaching reform,and improving the quality of talents training.
