摘要
目的:探讨血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总胆红素(TBIL)检测在鉴别原发性肝癌(HCC)及肝内胆管癌(ICC)中的应用。方法:对98例HCC患者和125例ICC患者血清ALT、AST、GGT、ALP、TBIL的水平进行检测,并对比分析。结果:ICC组患者的ALT、AST、GGT、ALP、TBIL水平均明显高于HCC组(P<0.01)。ICC组患者的ALT、AST、GGT、ALP和TBIL的异常率均明显高于HCC组(P<0.01)。5项指标联合检测异常率ICC组亦明显高于HCC组(P<0.01)。ICC组GGT水平与ALT、AST、ALP升高均呈正相关关系(P<0.05),与TBIL无相关关系。结论:ALT、AST、GGT、ALP、TBIL在ICC组均有明显升高,对HCC及ICC的鉴别诊断有重要价值。
Objective:To explore the application of the serum levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase ( AST) ,glutamyl transpeptidase( GGT) ,alkaline phosphatase( ALP) and total bilirubin( TBIL) in the differential diagnosis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and intrahepatic colangiocarcinoma(ICC). Methods:The serum levels of ALT,AST,GGT,ALP and TBIL in 98 patients with HCC and 125 patients with ICC were detected and analyzed. Results:The serum levels of ALT,AST,GGT, ALP and TBIL in ICC group were significantly higher than those in HCC group(P〈0. 01). The positive rates of ALT,AST,GGT,ALP and TBIL in ICC group were significantly higher than those in HCC group(P〈0. 01). The positive rate of joint detection of 5 indexes in ICC group was significantly higher than that in HCC group(P〈0. 01). In ICC group,the GGT level is positive correlation with the increasing of ALT. AST and ALP(P〈0. 05),the correlation of GGT with TBIL was not found. Conclusions:The serum levels of ALT, AST,GGT,ALP and TBIL in ICC group increase significantly,which has important value in the differential diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma and intrahepatic colangiocarcinoma.
