糖调节受损者25-羟基维生素D_3与代谢指标及C反应蛋白关系的研究 被引量:1

摘要 糖调节受损(impaired glucose regulation , IGR)是2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus , T2DM )的必经阶段,亦是代谢综合征(metabolism syndrome ,MS)的重要组成部分,在胰岛素抵抗的基础上易聚集中心性肥胖、高血压、血脂异常等多种心脑血管疾病危险因素等。最新数据显示我国IGR的患病率已高达15.5%[1],因此早期发现及干预其发展显得十分必要。近年来有研究表明维生素D不仅调节钙磷代谢,其还与糖尿病、MS、冠心病、高血压、外周血管病等疾病的发生发展有关[2],维生素D水平降低可能损伤胰岛B细胞功能,对T 2D M 是一个潜在的危险因素[3]。本研究旨在观察山西地区汉族人群IG R的25羟基‐维生素D3水平与代谢指标及 C 反应蛋白(CRP )的关系,为IG R的及早防治提供理论依据。
