低浓度对比增强剂宝石CT能谱扫描在肾动脉成像中的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 肾脏病变经手术治疗时,需提前掌握肾脏血供情况,避免不必要的及意外的出血,从而影响手术过程,甚至危及患者生命。而血管造影一直以来作为"金标准"被广泛应用于肾脏血管的显示。然而,血管造影有着很多不可忽视的缺点,首先,血管造影是一项有创检查;其次血管造影并不能同时显示肾脏病灶的情况;另外,血管造影费用比较高,患者经济负担比较大,因此在临床的应用上受到了限制[1]。
