内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗直肠神经内分泌肿瘤1例

摘要 患者，女，44岁，职员，2015年5月4日因“下腹部不适伴大便不成形1年”就诊。既往体健。查体：腹部平坦，腹壁柔软，全腹无压痛，无反跳痛、肌紧张，肝肋下、剑突下未触及，脾肋下未触及。肛门指检：肛管内壁光滑，可触及黄豆大小硬块，质地韧。辅助检查：肠镜下见直肠黏膜下肿瘤（神经内分泌肿瘤？）。拟“直肠黏膜下肿瘤（SMT）”收住入院。
