张仲景儿科著作简考

Brief Textual Research into Zhang Zhong-jing's Pediatric Works

仲景曾著有儿科专论是毋庸置疑的。仲景著作在后世流传过程中,一直被历代医家引用,从未间断。但是,由于战乱等社会因素,造成了其部分著作的亡佚,再加上后世医家在转引过程中,相互抄袭,未注明出处,为从中分辨出仲景儿科专论增加了难度。但是,如果按图索骥,对现存医学著作《金匮要略》《诸病源候论》《备急千金方》《外台秘要》以及日本的《医心方》《小品方》残卷进一步研究,辑复出仲景儿科专著,对于医学史的进一步完善,具有重要意义。

But if we try to locate them by fi）llowing up a clue, and do further research on existing medical works such as Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber,Treatise on the Pathogenesis and Manifestations of All Diseases, Essential Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold for Emergencies, Arcane Essentials front the Imperial Library, and the left part of Yi Xin Fang and Xiao Pin Fang from Japan to compile again Zhang Zhong-jing＇ s pediatric monograph, which will be of great significance to the further completion of medical history.
