小青龙汤联合布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗变应性鼻炎临床研究

The Clinical Research into Allergic Rhinitis Treated with Xiao Qinglong Decoction

目的:观察小青龙汤联合布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:选取本院收治的变应性鼻炎患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机平行分组法分为治疗组与对照组各40例,对照组给予布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用小青龙汤治疗,两组均以4周为1个疗程,比较两组患者临床疗效及机体血清炎性因子变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后症状体征评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),但同期组间比较治疗组较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者血清IL-6、IL-8水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),IL-10水平较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),但同期组间比较治疗组较对照组改善更加明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:小青龙汤联合布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗变应性鼻炎疗效显著,其可能通过改善血清炎性因子发挥作用。

Objective： To hi,serve the clinical curative effect of Xiao Qinglong Decoction in eombination with budesonide nasal spray on allergic rhinitis. Methods： Eighty patients with allergic rhinitis who were treated in the hospital were chosen as research objects, and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random parallel group method, with 40 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with hudesonide nasal spray, while the ones in the treatment group were added Xiao Qinglong Decoction on the basic treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks as a treatment course. Then the clinical curative effects and changes of the body＇ s serum inflammatory factors in both groups were compared. Results： After the treatment, symptom sign scores of both groops were greatly decreased compared with before the treatment（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; And the treatment group was dectvased more obviously than the control group if compared at the same time（ P 〈0.05 ）. The effective rate of the treatment group was greatly higher titan that of the control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. After the treatment, blood serum 11,-6 level and IL-8 level of both groups were greatly decreased compared with before the treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; IL-10 level was greatly increased compared with before the treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; And the treatment group was decreased more obviously than the control group if compared at the same time （ P 〈 0.05 ）, which had statistical significance. Conclusion ： Xiao Qinglong Decoction in combination with bt, desonide nasal spray has remarkable clinical curative effect on allergic rhinitis, which probably works by improving blond serum inflanmmatory factors.
