黄连阿胶汤合甘麦大枣汤治疗更年期失眠50例

Fifty Cases of Menopause Insomnia Treated with Decoction of Coptidis and Colla Corii Asini in Combination with Gan Mai Dazao Decoction

目的:观察黄连阿胶汤合甘麦大枣汤治疗更年期失眠的临床疗效。方法:选取2011年1月—2014年12月本院收治的更年期失眠女性患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组采用黄连阿胶汤合甘麦大枣汤治疗,观察两组临床疗效及焦虑自评量表(self—rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分。结果:观察组有效率为80.00%,对照组有效率为68.00%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组焦虑症状改善程度明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄连阿胶汤合并甘麦大枣汤能显著延长更年期失眠患者的睡眠时间,改善睡眠质量,疗效显著。

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction of Coptidis and Colla Corii Asini in combination with Gan Mai Dazao Decoction （GMDZD） on menopause insomnia. Methods： One hundred female patients with menopause insomnia who were treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2014 were chosen as research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment, while the ones in the observation group were treated with Decoction of Coptidis and Colla Corii Asini in combination with GMDZD. Then both groups＇ clinical curative effects and self-rating anxiety scale were observed. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 80.00%, while that of the control group was 68.00% ; The difference between them had statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The improved degree of anxiety symptom of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group ; The difference between them had statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Decoction of Coptidis and Colla Corii Asini in combination with GMDZD can remarkably prolong the sleep length of patients with menopause insomnia, and improve their sleep quality, and has good clinical curative effect.
