益阳护心汤治疗冠心病40例

Forty Cases of Coronary Heart Disease Treated with Decoction for Nourishing Yang and Protecting Heart

目的:观察益阳护心汤治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)的临床疗效。方法:选取本院80例冠心病患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组给予益阳护心汤治疗,疗程为8周,比较两组患者临床症状及心肌缺血状况。结果:治疗后治疗组心胸疼痛、面色青白、肢冷汗多、心悸怔仲等中医证候积分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),与同期对照组比较有明显差异(P<0.05);治疗组心肌缺血事件发生率为7.5%,对照组发生率为27.5%,治疗组心肌缺血事件发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益阳护心汤可有效改善冠心病患者临床症状,对预防心肌缺血事件有明显效果。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction for Nourishing Yang and Protecting Heart （DNYPH） on coronar＋y hearl disease. Methods ： Eighty patients with coronat7 heart disease who were once treated in our hospital were chosen as the research objects and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine, while the ones in the treatment group were given DNYPH for oral administralion. Both groups regarded 8 weeks as a coupe. Then the clinical curative effects and myocardial ischemia of both groups were compared. Results ： After the treatment, TCM syndrome scores such as pain of chest and heart, pale and white complexion, cold and sweating limbs, heart palpitations, etc. of the treatment group decreased obviously （ P 〈 0.05） ; And the difference between both groups had significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. The occurrence rate of myocardial ischemia of the treatment group was 7.5% , which was much lower than that （27.5%） of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： DNYPH can greatly improve the clinical symptoms of coronary heart disease, and effectively prevent the occurrence of myocardial ischemia.
