银杏叶滴丸治疗老年冠心病心绞痛临床研究

The Observation of Clinical Curative Effect on the Elderly Coronary Heart Disease Angina Treated with Ginkgo Dripping Pills

目的:观察银杏叶滴丸治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选择2010年5月—2013年5月本院就诊158例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为试验组78例和对照组80例,对照组给予常规处理,试验组在对照组治疗基础上加用银杏叶滴丸。观察两组患者心绞痛症状的改善情况、心电图疗效、血脂相关指标、C反应蛋白改善情况及不良反应情况。结果:试验组患者在心绞痛症状改善方面的有效率显著高于对照组(χ2=4.1902,P<0.05);试验组患者的心电图疗效评价的改善有效率高于对照组(χ2=5.3257,P<0.05);试验组患者的前降支血流参数、相关血脂指标和CRP明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:银杏叶滴丸可以改善老年冠心病患者心绞痛症状,同时还有降脂作用,远期疗效较佳。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Ginkgo dripping pills on the elderly coronary heart disease angina. Methods： One hundred and fifiy-eight patients with coronary heart disease angina who were treated in our hospital between May 2010 and May 2013 were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group, with 78 and 80 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine treatment, while the ones in the experiment group were added Ginkgo dripping pills on the basic： treatment of the conntrol group. Then the improved degree of angina symptom, ECG effct, related lipid indexes, c-reactive protein improvement, and the detected adverse reactions of both groups were observed. Results： The effective rate of imprnving angina symptom in the experiment group was obviously higher than that of the control group（χ2 = 1902, P 〈 0. 05 ）. The ECG effect improvement of the experiment group was also obviously high.er than that of the control group （ χ2 = 3257, P 〈 0. 05 ）. After the treatment, the anterior descending artery blood flow parameters, related blood lipid imtexes and CRP were greatly improved （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conelnsion ： Ginkgo dripping pills ean improve the symptoms of the elderly eoronary heart disease angina, reduce blood lipid and CRP, and has good clinical curative effect in the long term.
