蝎毒疗法联合活血养骨汤辨治股骨头缺血性坏死18例

Eighteen Cases of Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head Treated with Therapy with Scorpion Venom in Combination with Decoction for Activating Blood Circulation and Nourishing Bone

目的:观察蝎毒疗法联合活血养骨汤辨治股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年1月—2015年1月于本院就诊的股骨头缺血性坏死患者36例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组18例。对照组采用活血止痛散联合通络生骨胶囊治疗,治疗组采用蝎毒疗法联合活血养骨汤治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为77.78%,对照组有效率为44.44%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:蝎毒疗法联合活血养骨汤治疗股骨头缺血性坏死疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of therapy with scorpion venom in cnmbination with Decoction for Activating Blood Circulation and Nourishing Bone （DABCNB） on avascular necrosis of the femoral head. Methods： Thirty-six patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head who were treated in our hospital between Jan. 2012 and Jan. 2015 were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to random numher table method, with 18 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given Powder for Activating Blood Circulation and Stopping Pain （PABCSP） in combination with Capsule for Dredging Meridians and Generating Bone （CDMGB） , while the ones in the treatment group were given therapy with scorpion venom in combination with DABCNB. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 77.78% , which was better than that （44.44%） of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The difference in adverse reactions between the two groups had no statistical significance （p 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Therapy with scorpion venom in combination with DABCNB has remarkable clinical curative effect on avascular necrosis of the femoral head.
