温阳填精活血汤联合灸法治疗老年原发性骨质疏松症临床研究

The Clinical Research into Senile Primary Osteoporosis Treated with Method of Warming Yang and Supplementing Essence and Activating Blood in Combination with Moxibustion

目的:观察温阳填精活血法联合灸法治疗老年原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:选取本院80例老年原发性骨质疏松症患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,两组患者均给予温阳填精活血汤治疗,治疗组加用灸法治疗,疗程为4周,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组愈显率分别为82.5%、72.5%,治疗组愈显率明显高于对照组(χ2=9.205,P=0.027);治疗后两组患者VAS、BMD评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),但治疗组较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:温阳填精活血汤联合灸法治疗老年原发性骨质疏松症效果理想,可有效改善临床症状、体征。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of method of warming yang and supplementing essence and activating blood in combination with moxibuslion on senile primary, osteoporosis. Methods： Eighty patients with senile primary osteoporosis who were treated in our hospital were chosen as the research objects and were randomly divided into the treatment group and the contrail group, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups were given warming yang anti supplementing essence, while the ones in the treatment group were added moxibustion. After 4 weeks＇treatment, the clinical eurative effects of both groups were compared. Results： The remarkable healing rales of the treatment group and the control group were 82.5vA and 72.5% respectively; And the treatment grnup was obviously higher than the control group （ χ2 = 9. 205, P = 0. 027 ）. After the treatment, VAS score and BMD score of both groups were obviously improved than before the treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; However, the improved degree of the treatment group was more obviously than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , which had statistical significance. Conclusion ： MWYSEAB in combination with moxibustion has ideal clinical curative effect on senile primary osteoprosis, can greatly improw, the patients＇clinical symptoms and physical signs.
