T型锁定钢板治疗不稳定型桡骨远端骨折56例

Fifty-Six Cases with Unstable Distal Radius Fractures Treated with T-Shape Locking Plate

目的:观察T型锁定钢板治疗不稳定型桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取不稳定型桡骨远端骨折患者56例,并对其按照AO分型,其中A型18例,B型11例,C型27例,除去3例患者为陈旧性骨折外,其余患者均为新鲜骨折。所有患者均给予腕掌侧入路T形锁定钢板于桡骨掌侧内固定治疗,术后指导患者进行早期的功能恢复训练、定期复查X线片,并对治疗结果进行记录和分析。结果:所有患者的骨折情况均愈合良好,出现创伤性关节炎2例,其余患者均未发生感染,也没有神经、血管、肌腱等部位出现损伤或发生并发症;优38例,良13例,可5例,差0例,优良率为91.1%。结论:T型锁定钢板治疗不稳定型桡骨远端骨折疗效显著,操作简单,固定牢靠,能早期进行功能锻炼,并发症少。

Objective： To obsetwe the clinical effect of T-shape locking plate on unstable distal radius fractures （UDRF）. Meth- ods： 56 cases with UDRF were selected and divided according to AO patterns into A type （18 cases） , B type （11 cases）, and C type （ 27 cases）. All were fresh fracture except 3 cases of old fracture. All patients were given wrist palmar approach T-shape locking plate fixation on internal volar radius. After the surgery., patients were instructed to do early functional recovery training, regular check of X-ray, and the treatment results were recorded and analyzed. Results： The healing of all the fracture patients was good and 2 cases appeared traumatic arthritis; the rest of the patients didn＇ t get neither infection nor nervous, vascular, tendon damage or complications. Them were 38 cases with excellent effects, 13 cases with good effects, 5 cases with effects and o ease in effective; the excellent and good rate was 91.1%. Conclusion： T-shape locking plate has remarkable effect on UDRF, with the advantages of simple operation, secure fixation, early functional recovery training and few complications.
