中药经验方内服加生理盐水冲洗治疗鼻后滴漏综合征临床研究

The Clinical Research into Postnasal Drip Syndrome Treated with TCM Experiment Prescription in Combination with Saline Irrigation

目的:观察中药经验方内服加用生理盐水冲洗治疗鼻后滴漏综合征(Postnasal Drip Syndrome,PNDS)的临床疗效。方法:将2011年3月—2012年3月来本院治疗的108例PNDS患者随机分为观察组58例和对照组50例。观察组采用宣肺通窍、化痰止咳经验方治疗,加用生理盐水对鼻咽部冲洗,对照组采用口服罗红霉素联合氯雷他定进行治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组有效率为89.66%,对照组有效率为78.00%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=5.357,P<0.05)。经过治疗后,两组患者较治疗前临床症状均明显改善(P<0.05),其中观察组临床症状改善率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组体征积分为(0.87±0.67)分,明显低于对照组的(3.49±0.83)分,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(t=18.145,P<0.05)。结论:中药经验方内服加冲洗治疗对PNDS疗效确切,对症状改善明显。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM experiment prescription in combination with saline irrigation on Postnasal Drip Syndrome （PNDS）. Methods： Ninety-eight patients with PNDS who were treated in our hospital between March 2011 and March 2012 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 58 and 50 cases in each group respectively. The ones in the observation group were treated with TCM experiment prescription for releasing lung and dissipating phlegm to stop cough, in combination with saline irrigation in nose-throat area, while the ones in the control group were given rnxithromycin and loratadine together. Then the clinical curative effects of both groups were compared. Results： The effective rate of the ohservation group was 89.66%, while that of the control group was 78.00% ; And the difference between them had statisti- cal significance （X2 = 5. 357 ,P 〈0.05）. Alter the treatment, the clinical symptoms of both groups were greatly improved （P 〈 0.05 ） ; And the improved rate of the observation group was much better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The physical sign score of the observation group （0.87 ±0.67 ） was obviously lower than that of the control group （ 3.49± 0.83） ; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ t = 18. 145, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： TCM experiment prescription for oral administration in combination with saline in＇igation has definite clinical curative effect on Postnasal Drip Syndrome （PNDS）, and can greatly improve tile symptoms of the patients.
