丹红化瘀口服液联合激光治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞临床研究

The Clinical Research into Central Retinal Vein Occlusion Treated with Danhong Huayu Oral Solution in Combination with Laser

目的：观察丹红化瘀口服液联合激光治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞的临床疗效及对血管内皮细胞生长因子（vascular endothelial cell growth factor,VEGF）、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（basic fibroblast growth factor,b FGF）的影响。方法：将68例符合研究条件的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各34例,对照组采用激光光凝术治疗,术后给予静脉滴注尿激酶1.5万~2万IU及低分子右旋糖酐500 m L,日1次,疗程14 d;并采用阿司匹林100 mg,每日1次,口服,连续治疗3个月。治疗组在对照组的基础加服丹红化瘀口服液,每次20 m L,口服,日3次。两组疗程均为3个月。观察治疗前后患者视力水平、眼底出血吸收情况、静脉充盈时间。检测治疗前后VEGF和b FGF水平。结果：治疗组有效率为94.1%,优于对照组的79.4%（P〈0.05）;治疗后治疗组视力提高患者占73.5%,优于对照组的41.2%（P〈0.05）;治疗后治疗组VEGF和b FGF水平低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：丹红化瘀口服液能提高患者的视力水平,同时对眼底出血吸收和静脉充盈也具有改善作用,并能降低VEGF和b FGF水平,辅助治疗CRVO效果显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Danhong Huayu Oral Solution （DHHYOS） in combination with la- ser on central retinal vein occlusion（ CRVO）, and the influence on VEGF and bFGF. Methods： Sixty-eight patients who met the research ceriteria were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 34 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given laser photocoagulation, postoperative intravenous infusion of urokinase for 15,000 -20000 IU and low molecular weight dextran 500 ml one time. It regarded 14 days as a course. Aspirin was also used for oral administration, 10Oral one time and one time a day, which was adopted for 3 months continuously. The ones in the treatment group were added DHHYOS, 20ml each time and 3 times a day on the basic treatment of the control group. Both groups regarded 3 months as a course. Then the vision level, the fundus bleeding absorption, and venous filling time before and after treatment in both groups were observed ; bFGF and VEGF levels before and ＇after treatment in both groups were also detected. Results ： The effective rate of the treatment group （94.1%） was better than that （79.4%） of the control group （ P 〈0.05）. After the treatment, 73.5% of patients in the treatment group improved their vision, which was better than that （41.2%） of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Af- ter the treatment, bFGF and VEGF levels of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group（P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： DHHYOS can impruve the patients＇vision level, the fundus bleeding absorption, and venous filling time, and reduce bFGF and VEGF levels, aud has remarkable clinical curative effect on CRVO.
