中药联合结肠散保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床研究

目的:观察中药内服联合结肠散保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将溃疡性结肠炎患者98例,随机分成对照组和观察组各49例。对照组采用西药对症治疗方法,观察组采用中药内服加自拟结肠散保留灌肠治疗。结果:观察组有效率91.84%,高于对照组有效率63.27%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者中医证候有效率91.84%,高于对照组患者中医证候有效率63.27%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组患者腹痛、痛泻、脓血便症状积分低于对照组腹痛、痛泻、脓血便症状积分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组患者肠黏膜病变积分低于对照组肠黏膜病变积分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中药内服加结肠散保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,能有效改善患者自觉症状,减轻患者痛苦。
