宣肺通窍汤联合补中益气丸治疗过敏性鼻炎45例

The Clinical Research into Allergic Rhinitis Treated with Xuanfei Tongqiao Decoction in Combination with Buzhong Yiqi Pill

目的:观察宣肺通窍汤联合补中益气丸治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年1月—2014年1月本院耳鼻喉科门诊收治的90例过敏性鼻炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,治疗组采用内服宣肺通窍汤配合补中益气丸治疗,对照组采用西药常规治疗,治疗1个月后,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后症状体征积分均出现显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后症状体征积分比较中,治疗组积分显著低于对照组积分(P<0.05);治疗组显效率(55.6%)和有效率(93.3%)均显著高于对照组显效率(20.0%)和有效率(77.8%)(P<0.05);治疗组随访复发率为19.0%,显著低于对照组复发率68.6%(P<0.05)。结论:宣肺通窍汤配合补中益气丸治疗过敏性鼻炎,能够显著改善患者的临床症状,疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Xuanfei Tongqiao Decoction （XFTQD） in combination with Buzhong Yiqi Pill （BZYQP） on allergic rhinitis（AR）. Methods： Ninety patients with AR who were treated the ear, nose and throat clinic in our hospital between Jan. 2012 and Jan. 2014 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 45 cases in each group. The ones in the treatment group were treated with XFTQD in combination with BZYQP for o- ral administration, while the ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine. After one month~ treatment, the clinical curalive effects of I）oth groups were compared. Results： After the treatment, the symptoms and physical signs scores of both groups all decreased obviously （ P 〈 0.05） ; And the treatment group was obviously lower than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The remarkable ett＇ective rate （55.6%） and the effective rate （93.3%） were obviously higher than those （ 20.0% and 77.8% respectively） uf the control group. The follow-up recurrence rate of the treatment group was obviously lower than that （68.6%） of lhe control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： XFTQD in combination with BZYQP has remarkable clinical curative effect on AR, and can greatly improve the patients＇elinieal symptoms.
