痔瘘熏洗方运用于肛肠疾病术后32例

Thirty-Two Cases of Anorectal Diseases After Having Accepted the Related Operation Treated with Decoction for Hemorrhoids and Fistula Fumigation

目的:观察痔瘘熏洗方运用于肛肠疾病术后的临床疗效。方法:将64例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各32例。治疗组给予痔瘘熏洗方,对照组给予温水熏洗治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为93.75%,对照组有效率为75.00%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:痔瘘熏洗方运用于肛肠疾病术后,可有效缓解并发症的临床症状,同时可降低并发症的发生。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction for Hemorrhoids and Fistula Fumigation （DHFF） on patients with anorectal diseases after having accepted the related operation. Methods： Sixtyfour patients were randomly divided into the cuntrol group and the treatment group, with 32 cases in each group. The ones in the treatment group were treated with DHFF, while, the ones in the control group were given warm - water fumigation. Results ： The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75% ,while that of the control group was 75.00% ; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conc lusion： DHFF can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with anoreet＇,d diseases after having accepted the related operation, and reduce the occurrence of complications.
